We are a Lansing, Michigan area auto body shop.  We offer auto body repair, auto painting, and auto-detailing for individual vehicles or fleets.

Lyle Ranshaw has over 35 years of experience in the industry.  In fact, he started painting bicycles and motorcycles around age 12.  At age 16, he was working part-time and was estimating jobs.   He later spent 18 years managing a high-end body shop in Holt, Michigan.  

Lyle decided then to go out on his own, in 2001.  At first, Lyle started by himself doing the body and paint work. Lyle’s Collision now has a full staff of certified technicians, with combined experience of over 50 years. The current facility was built in 2002 - with full downdraft booth, bake-oven, computerized paint mixing and other technologies that can provide a just-like-factory finish.  Unique to our services, our clients can wash their car 1 hour after painting!
